Yes, Only non-english documents require translation and notarization by a
Singaporean or document-issuing country's notary public. For full guidelines,

No, Physical documents are not needed for translation & notarization. You may
just email the scan copies or pictures of documents for translation &
notarization. Original documents require in-person visit for
certification/notarization.

protection act. We prioritize privacy by not sharing personal information and
deleting records after 3 months or upon client request.

all our translations are certified with our company stamp and official

Yes, for quotations under S$3000, payment is required upfront before starting translation work. For Singapore registered companies, a 50% partial payment is accepted for projects exceeding $3000, with the remaining 50% paid upon successful project delivery.
"It depends on the stage of the project. Please contact us as soon as possible if you decide to cancel a project. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but if work has already been initiated or completed, we will be unable to refund or reverse the payment, as the translator deserves fair compensation for their efforts."
PRICING, TIMELINES,
COLLECTIONS AND OTHERS
For projects under 10K words, pricing is per page starting from S$39, varying by language, without GST. Regular customers receive discounts based on their volume of words/pages.
Prior appointment required for document collection. Kindly inform us in advance of your visit dates/timings for necessary arrangements.
Once we assess the content volume, we can provide timeline commitments. Our average translation rate is 1,500 words per day (2 to 4 pages per day), with a track record of delivering 98% of jobs ahead of schedule.
We are a 100% human translation service, but utilize AI for consistency and accuracy checks in complex/large projects to save time on manual checking.
